We were new to the world of real estate in Costa Rica. We visited a couple times and decided to pursue a place that we can eventually retire in. We contacted a few agents and were given the run around. We were told there was nothing available in the area we wanted. Just by chance we sent out one more request and Mike answered and told us he could help us in the area we wanted to be in. Right away he gave us information on the area and introduced us to a new build.
We were elated and put in an offer that was accepted by the builder and the process started. We were total newbies to buying in Costa with so much to learn: laws, escrow, new ways of construction, delays with system, etc. etc. Mike kept us totally informed and hooked us up with our lawyer and the builder. He kept sending progress videos and pics.
We went down in May and had only 3 days there. Mike took us to the house and then to all the places we had to go to pick the tile, colors, cabinets, windows, quartz, and all other fixtures, plumbing - everything!
